Here you will find our content for Lean Six Sigma, including tools and principles.
Lean Six Sigma is a fusion of two disciplines. The first, named Lean, is primarily focused on reducing waste. Six Sigma, concentrates on removing variation from a process by using data driven problem solving techniques. As variation can be determined as a waste, there is a overlap between the two principles. Therefore they have been combined over the years to what we now know as Lean Six Sigma.
