Designing the Next Generation Security for MAG

• Prior to the 2020 Pandemic, we developed the checkpoint models with MAG and had 2 prototype lanes delivered into Stansted for testing and training

• We developed the test scripts and detailed trial designs in order to establish the performance output before mass procurement of 150 lanes to the group

• This was aimed at fully testing the equipment and optimising the Conops 

• KPI's were developed for group checkpoints 

• We created lane mock-ups in order to see the footprint of the lanes and how much room there may be for staff between equipment

• Staff were engaged in the footprint mockups to have an input to the design and layout of equipment
